At Plankwise, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new product. For returns, damaged product, and any questions please contact us at support@plankwise.com. Our support team will reach out to you personally and we will do everything we can to assist you with your purchase.

For product that is delivered damaged, please email us within 7 days of the delivery date with the email subject line “Damaged Product”.

For product returns or exchanges, please email us within 30 days of the delivery date with the email subject line “Product Return”. The customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges. Please note that to be eligible for a return or exchange, your item

  • must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • must be returned in the original packaging
  • must have the receipt or proof of purchase with it
